Welcome to rootspace
a 7-Week Journey to Heal Self-Doubt & Rebuild Self-Trust
You’re not broken.
You’re just ready to come home to yourself.
If you’ve been…
Spiraling in overthinking
Saying “yes” when you mean “no”
Silencing your truth to avoid conflict
Feeling cut off from your own voice and wisdom
…you’re not failing. You’re just exhausted from living out of alignment.
Rootspace is here to guide you gently back to you: a place of trust, kindness, and inner strength.
Imagine what could shift if self-doubt wasn’t running the show anymore. What would open up if you trusted your inner voice — and actually believed it? What if boundaries felt natural, not scary? If being kind to yourself became your default, not your last resort.
Rootspace is where that begins.
Because you don’t need to be “more” to be worthy of trust—you just might need support finding your way back to you.
Rootspace is a carefully crafted 7-week experience designed to help you:
Understand what self-trust really means
Uncover where your trust was broken
Reconnect with your body and inner wisdom
Set boundaries that honor your true self
Repair old stories that keep you stuck
Live aligned with your values and deepest truth

what to expect each week
Week 1:
Understanding Self-Trust
You’ll explore what self-trust truly is — not just confidence or getting things “right,” but a deep, inner relationship built on kindness, honesty, and presence. You’ll begin untangling self-trust from patterns like perfectionism, over-functioning, and people-pleasing, while reflecting on how trust has shown up in your life so far.
Week 2:
Where Trust Was Broken
We will create space to identify the early (and recent) experiences and messages that shaped your self-doubt, and begin to meet your inner critic with curiosity instead of shame. This week helps you map where trust was lost—and gently begin the work of reclaiming it.
Week 3:
Reconnecting
This week is about coming home to your body and emotions. You’ll practice somatic check-ins and tap into compassionate self-talk to rebuild emotional safety and begin honoring your truth—even in moments of stress or self-doubt.
Week 4:
Becoming Your Own Inner-Anchor
In Week 4, you'll begin to uncover the difference between what you've been taught to want and what truly resonates with you. This is a week of radical honesty—where self-trust begins not with perfection, but with reclaiming your authentic preferences, values, and voice.
Week 5:
Boundaries + Self-Honoring
It’s time to practice the kind of self-trust that shows up in your relationships—with others and with yourself. You’ll learn to say no with clarity and compassion, stretch your tolerance for discomfort, and start honoring your needs not just internally, but out loud.
Week 6:
Repairing + Rewriting Inner Narratives
We will focus on reclaiming your power after moments of self-abandonment. Instead of spiraling into shame, you’ll learn how to gently pause, reflect, and repair—rewriting old stories of “I messed up” into narratives of resilience, return, and self-trust.
Week 7:
Living In Alignment
You'll begin living in alignment by letting your actions reflect the self-trust, values, and boundaries you've cultivated. This final week helps you build small, sustainable rituals that keep you grounded in your truth—even when doubt arises.
because trusting yourself isn’t about being perfect or “doing it right”
It’s about coming home to who you are, even with the mess and the wobble, and knowing: I am enough. I can handle this. I am safe in my own hands.
This journey is for you if you want to…
Stop second-guessing and start deciding with clarity
Feel steadier and more confident in your choices
Speak up kindly but firmly for what you need
Replace harsh self-judgment with compassion
Build trust that sticks—even when life gets messy
